Mavs Bringing Back Dalembert
According to Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski the Mavericks have agreed to a one-year deal for the minimum with center Samuel Dalembert. Dalembert was the Mavs starting center in the 13-14 season. He averaged 6.6 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.2 blocks that season in 20.2 minutes per game. He was then traded to the Knicks last summer in the Tyson Chandler trade, where he played 32 games last season. He now returns to Dallas to backup Zaza Pachulia. For his 13 year career, the 34 year-old Dalembert has averages of 7.7 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 24.4 minutes per game.
