Thunder all-star Russell Westbrook will play in his second game of the season after returning weeks earlier than expected from knee surgery. He totaled 21 points and 7 assists in a 103-96 win over Phoenix. Dallas has dropped 10 in a row in to the Thunder including a 4 game sweep in the 2012 playoffs.
