Of Note
- A win would give the Mavs a 6 game winning streak to equal their longest streak of last year which they did twice. They haven't won more than 6 in a row since winning 10 in a row in Feb. 2011.
- This is the Mavericks only home game in a 7 game stretch.
- Dallas has dominated Utah at home recently winning 9 in a row, 14 out of 15 and 21 out of 23.
- Since the Mavericks and Jazz only meet three times this could be a pivotal game for potential playoff tiebreaker purposes.
- Four members of the Mavs have played for the Jazz during the career, most notably Deron Williams but also Wesley Matthews, Devin Harris and Jeremy Evans.
- The Mavs will wear green throwback uniforms from the 80's for the first of six games this year.
