With the Mavs down 2 with 2.3 seconds left in the second overtime, Devin Harris inbounds to  D-Will who pump fakes and then hits a three from the left corner to give Dallas the victory. The Mavs had trailed by 7 with 1:20 left in the overtime session.

• Williams also hit a layup with 2 second left in regulation to put the Mavs up 2, but a DeMarcus Cousins driving layup tied it at the buzzer.
• Rajon Rondo missed his first game back in Dallas since his ill-fated tenure last season due to back spasms.
• After starting the game shooting 3-13, Dirk hit 5 out of his last 6 shots including a 3 with 26.3 left in double OT to make it a 2 point game.
• The Mavs have now won 22 in a row at home against the Kings in a streak that dates back to 2003.
