After a one-year absence, Dirk Nowitzki is back as a Western Conference All-Star for the 12 time in his career.Nowitzki was selected by the conference's head coaches as one of 7 reserves players for the West team in this year's All-Star Game, which will be held in New Orleans on Feb. 16.
Dirk made 11 appearances in a row (2002-12), but failed to make last year's squad after missing significant time after knee surgery.
