The Mavs came back from 20 down (58-38) early in the third to take the lead (81-80) with 4:50 to go.
Dallas led 83-82 when DeJuan Blair was called for a foul and than ejected for a kick to Tiago Splitter with 3:08 to go. The Mavs never led again.
Dirk Nowitzki and Monta Ellis combined to go 13-39 from the field.
Dalembert and Blair combined for 26 rebounds.
Diaw's 17 points eclipsed his 15 combined points in the first 3 games.
