Of Note
  • The Mavs have won 3 in a row and 6 out of 7 against vs. the Sixers. They have also taken 8 straight at home vs. Phill, last losing in 2005.
  • Brandan Wright is shooting 77.5% (31-40) from the floor this year. In four games he has been perfect from the field with at least 2 attempts. He also has two games where he was 6-7.
  • Dirk Nowitzki has had five straight games where has made at least 2 threes and has made 15-25 (60%) from distance in that strech.
  • Last year's Rookie of the Year Michael Carter-Williams is expected to make his season debut for the Sixers after missing the start of the season due to off-season shoulder surgery. Nerlens Noel is also expected back after missing two games with a sprained ankle.
  • Philadelphia has been off since being throttled by Toronto 120-88 on Sunday. They have the league's worst offense so far, while the Mavs on the other hand feature the league best offense.
