Of Note

• Tyson Chandler makes his return to MSG after being traded from the Knicks this off-season. In the Mavs overtime win over New York in November he has 17 points and 25 rebounds.
• Chandler Parsons says he expects to play after missing Saturday's loss to Golden State with a sore lower back. 
• The Knicks will be without Iman Shumpert who has a dislocated shoulder and possibly J.R. Smith who did not play on Sunday due to plantar fasciitis. 
• The Mavs have won 6 out of 8 and 9 out of 12 at the Garden including last year's 110-108 victory on Dirk's buzzer-beater.
